Charity Gala 2022 GKF, White House Palace, London
On Saturday 19th November 2002 the third Global Kidney Foundation Gala took place in the White House palace in Ealing, London. 200 people attended from all walks of life: kidney patients and families, health professionals, GKF trustees, Ambassadors, celebrity guests, singers, musicians, business leaders, fashion designers, models, artists, sports people, media professionals and representatives of other sectors. Thank you to the Deputy Mayor of Hounslow Hira Mir, chess Grandmaster Nigel Davies and many other distinguished guests for attending and supporting the Gala.
As always, our Gala focuses on organ donation awareness creation and we would like to thank the speakers: Organ Donation Nurse Lillith Piso, and kidney transplant recipients, Mr Ali Noor and Mr Brian O Connor for inspirational speeches and sharing their personal journeys.
Our big thank you to performers Minouche Kaftel, Wiktoria Tracz, Yuti Sabatini, Antimo Magnotta and ballet dancer and coach Patricia Valse for the amazing performances.
We would like to thank Prince John Zylinski for kindly hosting our Gala in his home, the magnificent White House, named by the ''Time Out'' magazine one of six unmissable buildings in London, alongside the Buckingham Palace.
